THE VENUES

For the Time Trial Championships we are honored to be hosted on the Crystal Coast by the towns of Emerald Isle, Indian Beach, Salter Path and Pine Knoll Shores, NC. These beach communities share the 40 Kilometer Time Trial course we will be using this year which comprises of a approximate 40 kilometer out and back course starting at mile marker 19 on Highway 58.

The Beach Communities of the Crystal Coast provide an exceptional family atmosphere while providing first class amenities for the enjoyment of the riders and their families. This years event is going to be a showcase of the "Islands" hospitality and is sure to become an annual event. From the gala dinner on Friday night, exceptional media coverage to the awards presentations by local VIPs this is a race designed with the rider and their families in mind!

Civilian, multi-sport athletes and military active duty will be able to race in the time trial but will not be competing for the championship unless they are annual USCF licence holders. One day licences will be required.

For the Crystal Coast Criterium and Track Events we will be using the Coastal Plains Race Way The Coastal Plains Raceway is a 4/10th mile paved Tri Oval Raceway. Co-located on Hwy 24 just 4 miles west of Jacksonville N. C. Conviently located on the way home for many of the riders that will be attending the time trial event or easily accessed by any of the major roads and highways used to access the Crystal Coast. The management of the Coastal Plains Race Way have graciously donated the use of the track for this event so that our team can maximize our donation to our host charity. The CASH purse for this event is currently slated to be $2500 USD
